Do Europeans have a standard egg order such that if someone orders "two eggs", a kitchen would have a default way of cooking them and would not bother to ask how the person ordering wants them? (fried, scrambled, etc.)

Stephanie Yeah, this was really hard for me to get past. If he ordered two eggs, I would think they would ask him how he likes them cooked.

Hayley I had read the first one but it was so long ago I'd forgotten most of what happened. There is some explanation of what had happened in The Woman in Ca…moreI had read the first one but it was so long ago I'd forgotten most of what happened. There is some explanation of what had happened in The Woman in Cabin 10, but it's a bit oblique and so I dug up a plot summary which was quite helpful. I also think that the first book was a lot better than the second, so my recommendation would be to read that one and not worry too much about the new one : )(less)

Is Ruth Ware referring to her book In a Dark, Dark Wood as the same book Lo wrote called Dark Waters? If so, do I need to know what happened in that book to read this book?
