Has anyone read this? I love Bill Bryson's work - although some is better than others. Is this a Bryson classic a la Notes from a Small Island or another 'Down Under' (which I found pretty boring).

If you found his Australian book disappointing, I wouldn't bother with this one, it was worse. (less)
