Is the narrative exclusively related to the American Constitution, as it was in the Lincoln Myth? If so, then the reading public beyond USA shores will give it a big miss. The Lincoln Myth was so overloaded with constitutional gobbledygook that I gave up half way through the book. I have every Steve Berry book but the last two are definitely for USA consumption only.

What did you think of the annotated audio book? I found it very distracting. Maybe if it was optional or if all the annotations came at the end so you could choose whether to listen or not. Probably won't listen to another SB book if there are annotations.

This is his only audiobook that has the annotations and as he said in the beginning, it was an experiment for feedback. I've enjoyed each of his books tremendously because of the detailed historical accounts and appreciate the writer's notes at the end of each story when he separates fact from fiction.(less)
