Meg Metzler I was very afraid that she WAS going to drowned herself, but we watch the balloons float upwards from her hands as she stands on the rocks at the wate…moreI was very afraid that she WAS going to drowned herself, but we watch the balloons float upwards from her hands as she stands on the rocks at the water's edge. I think that symbolizes her freedom now. My feeling is that she lived for Maya and went on with her life.(less)
