Your final decision on what happened I guess it's up to you, do you believe the world is mostly hostile and some women can get that crazy to almost kill someone else for a chance to get their eggs? Or do you believe Sanjana was so mentally not good to do this to herself?
2) this part was the most relatable part for me, if you were not sure about having a child a year/2/5 ago, going through that crazy stuff she went through does not mean she will 'magically' completely change her mind about everything. Satisfying ending as for me :)(less)
