In the last few books various people have talked about the "east coast elites." I have no idea who that is supposed to mean. I live on the east coast and no one could possibly describe me as elite. Are there no west coast or midwest elites? The only ones I can think of are republican billionaires, but I doubt that is not who they meant.

Most people (including residents of the east coast are not elite.) I live in the woods in Northern Wisconsin. Many city dwellers who escape to the woods for summer vacations refer to local residents as "stump jumpers." Everybody gets a label, like it or not.(less)
