No matter who she chose, there would be obstacles and betrayals, and, as an rpg, there was no guaranteed recipe for success. Choosing the same person six times and making six different decisions would result in six different, equally disastrous scenarios.

Ultimately, it came down to the fact that she quickly realized there was no right way to play the game and, thus, no guarantee of success. But she had to succeed. Otherwise, she would die in real life.(less)
