Does this book focus on specific or "special" poses for someone with or recovering from cancer? Or are they just generally helpful for calming the mind and detoxifying the body, etc? I'm asking because I have a friend who is going through treatment, and I was thinking of getting this as a gift for her. But she already practices yoga regularly, and in the best of times reading a book is tiresome for her. Thank you.
