The violence for me se…moreIf profanity uttered by the hero is an issue (and there's lots of it) then this book would not be appropriate for a young teen. The violence for me seemed appropriate for an action spy thriller and descriptively didn't seem over the top or glorified, just realistic for the scenario.

I was looking for something similar to the Mitch Rapp series as well and this is not it. Sloppy and poor writing. Not all that exciting or thrilling. Feels very amateurish. Genuinely shocked at how successful this author and series are. I'm wondering if, like some authors, he gets better as he writes more but not sure I am willing to find out.(less)
