Only two of the Professor Galileo series (Devotion of Suspect X, Salvation of a saint) and two other standalones (Journey Under the Midnight Sun, Naoko).(less)

Are there books as good as this one? The quality of the writing and mystery are wonderful. I would like recommendations for similar books. When I searched for "books similar to Malice" I get lists of mysteries set in Japan but that's not what I am looking for. Intelligent plodding detective pursuing the case. No gruesome tale. No resolution dependent on out of the blue facts.

AK Wintzer I hope that you find books similar to this one. The behind the scenes twists, especially the titles that were ghost-written, kept me interested.
