Have any other "winners" of a giveaway for this book received or not received the book? I won a giveaway back in March, reported that I did not receive it in May and have messaged the person in charge of the giveaway and not heard anything. I continue to get emails reminding me a new giveaway for the book is occurring, yet I can not enter since it appears I have already won the book.
