What is the difference between the Parts 1, 2 and 3 of Dangerous Women and the Dangerous Women (without numbers) books? Is the former the same as the latter, just split into 3 individual books?

Random Q based off the Brandon Sanderson story: Can anyone recommend other books by him, written in a similar style to "Shadows for Silence in the Forests of Hell" ? (I've read Mistborn 1-3, and while I enjoyed them, they definitely don't have the same kind of whimsical/dark-fairytale esque vibe that "Shadows for Silence.." has) ... Or any other book recommendations in general, always welcome :)
