I occasionally drop by this site ( once every 6 months or so) for updates. Still nothing? Instead of Six Degrees of Agony, the book should be retitled Six Years of Empty Promises. The author has released other titles in the interim so clearly the "sabbatical" only applies to this sequel. Shame.
