I noticed several months ago on amazon.co.uk that there was a "restored and uncut" version of this book that a whole 50 pages longer. I couldn't get it at the time as I didn't have a kindle and it was available in e-book format only. I find have a kindle now but can't find the uncut version on amazon.co.uk anymore. Does anyone know where I can find it?
