Bethjo I am guessing that her daughter Willa was hospitalized in Boston. Perhaps in a well known psychiatric hospital.

Is the title referring to “the sandwich generation” between 40 & 50’s when people care for kids and parents? Someone else mentioned Sandwich, MA in their review, but I did not get that necessarily.
