My question is in regards to recipe no. 100 for Fudge Sauce. It calls for 3 squares of unsweetened chocolate. Can someone tell me how many ounces of chocolate this would be?

Regina Pearsel Well, after Googling this I can answer my own question. One square equals one ounce.

Many years ago I made the Frozen Chocolate Torte - recipe no. 101. What I do remember is that it was spectacular! But, since it's been so long I do not recall which chocolate sauce I used for the recipe. It's quite likely that it was the Fudge Sauce recipe that precedes it. Can anyone tell me if this fudge sauce works on the Frozen Chocolate Torte?
