Where are the grammar editors today? And don’t authors know any better either? “Me and Louise”, “her and me went…”. These are supposed to be college educated characters. Their grammar in the me/she/her/I category is appalling. Those rules are taught in 3rd grade. If an author wants to indicated that her character isn’t very smart or doesn’t have much education, then fine. But NOT educated characters!
