Is the shooting death of her classmate truly accidental, or suicidal, or is it left unclear? (I'm just wondering if this book belongs on a Suicide in Children's Lit list or on an Accidental Gun Death list). If anyone remembers, please let me know - hard to parse from the comments. Suspecting it's not clear in the end?
