However, my reading is from a combined publication of The Guns of August with The Proud Tower which was "Distributed to the Trade in the United States by Penguin Group(USA) Inc. and in Canada by Penguin Books Canada Ltd." This volume of two books and includes notes and chronology of the authors life comprise item 222 in The Library of America series under a copyright issued in 2012 to Literary Classics of the United States, Inc. New York, N.Y. Both books contain copious reference sources.
