I read Wicked about 15 years ago and did not care for it at all. A friend lent me this book and convinced me to read it. I was reluctant at first, and it took me 3 months to even crack open the book. While not my favorite author or writing style, I do have to say that I enjoyed reading this book. This book is a derivative of Cinderella, but is told from a different perspective with a lot of imaginative plot development.(less)

If a reader is unable to read about sexual assault, I think that this is safe to take in.(less)
