Is the actual copyrighted title "Lost & Found" or is it "Lost and Found" -- ?? Question to JAK, or her agent or the agency's staff, or the editor for this book (Putnam/Jove). Also, was its first release (for any or all formats) December 2000 or was it January 2001? The online resources which I've examined seem to be consistent that 2001 is the copyright year but there are conflicting dates for first release.
