I just heard the author in an interview and she was quite a high energy speaker. The book sounds interesting, but if it's eight hours of complaining, I've definitely got better things to do with my time. I'm a HS teacher and have noticed social norms around manners to be in steady decline. I would love to know if my attempts to teach and model good manners is nothing more than a fool's errand and going against the new norm.(less)
