Do I need to read the others first or can this be read as a stand-alone?

Kelly honestly you don't necessarily have to read "Taking A Shot" but you should read "Trying To Score" because it kinda sets the backstory in regards to Au…morehonestly you don't necessarily have to read "Taking A Shot" but you should read "Trying To Score" because it kinda sets the backstory in regards to Audrey. That's where you first find out about Audrey/Levi & how he's being abusive towards her, so while "Trying To Score" might be about her sister Fallon & Lucas getting their HEA, it still sets up the storyline for "Empty Net", it's also where you meet Tate for the first time :)(less)

there's what a 6yr age difference between these 2?? I know Audrey is 27 in book #2 & I'm guessing there isn't that much of a time difference between books 2 & 3....I mean by "Breaking Away" there's only been approx. 4 yrs. since Elli/Shea's book so (I know this cause of something Reese says in "Breaking Away")
