Someone loaned me this book thinking it is something I could read to my children, ages 8 and 10. They are sensitive to death and cruelty. I don't need details, just wondering if i should try reading it to them? Thank you!

J.J. Garza I think it would be better if you read them the Curdie Books (The Princess and the Goblin and The Princess and Curdie) by the same author.
