so, this book, is there anything bad about it besides violence? My daughter loves manga but I am running out of things to find for her to read. Violence is okay, but we don't want her reading anything too sexual. Is there anything like that in this series?

tai No. Just some fairly graphic violence (though not a lot) and a genuinely spooky story.

If you read the novel and were hoping for a really gory manga then you're in no luck, there's some gore but I'd say that the manga is softer than the novel when it comes to that. But I also think that the manga were able to add a creepiness that the novel in my opinion lacked. (less)
