I cannot figure out why Fiona was in the same car with Stinnes and Kennedy (particularly the latter) when she was being extracted from East Berlin. Any ideas?

It seems that Fiona must have lured Kennedy along so she must have been convinced by Werner that he was a KGB spy who would give her away.

Also because Kennedy was then living and working in London again and had told her he saw Bernard and Gloria there, she would know that he would most likely find her there again if he was let go.(less)
