I just tried the chicken recipe from this book. Chicken with whole grain mustard and zucchini in packets. I had a problem with the directions, the last page said to bake at 165 degrees for 25 minutes. I thought this didn't sound right so when I checked it, it was nowhere done so I looked again and found on the first page it said to preheat your oven to 400 degrees. I raised my temp to 400 and baked it another20?
