I won this book in a Goodreads Giveaway back in January and I still have not received my copy. Based on this fact I would have to rate this book a zero, same as I would rate Simon and Schuster. If you don't want to give away free copies then don't offer them, plain and simple. Has anyone else had a problem receiving their free copy of this book or any other Simon and Schuster giveaway?
