Catling's Wikipedia page refers to this book as the first of a trilogy. On the other hand, the publication page in front of the US edition lists three copyright dates. Are the book's three parts the three books published as an omnibus? Or is part two coming later? Should the Goodreads page be subtitled "(Vorrh series #1)"?

The other two changed just a bit in style, less flamboyant & more on-purpose at least as far as plotting & coherence go. Outstanding & I'm about to start re-reading the series. I expect to have many AHA's as I re-read book 1.(less)
