Bella <spoiler>Georgina concludes that Rosina was her mother because she found Rosina's grave and marker in the old area in which she lived as a small child…more<spoiler>Georgina concludes that Rosina was her mother because she found Rosina's grave and marker in the old area in which she lived as a small child before she and Emily went to live with Aunt Vida, but it's so subtle that if you blink, you'll miss it. She concludes Clarissa, who did not die in Italy, was Lucia's mother since Clarissa arrived at the cottage in Scotland where Rosina was living with Felix, and when she arrived, she was close to giving birth to Lucia. The family relationships, to me, were complicated and convoluted. All for an inheritance that didn't really exist.</spoiler>(less)
