What became of them,…moreI believe the answer to the first question is YES, we do care about what happened to the women following the end of World War II. What became of them, how they lived their lives. Regarding the second question, I suggest that, unfortunately, this was a product of the times in which they were living. Would the same thing happen today. I certainly hope not! However, we cannot go back and re-write the history. I think it is important for people to know exactly what transpired, so we do not repeat the same behaviors!(less)
