What do you think about all the choices of interchangeable circular Knitting Needles we have today? Is it worth putting out money on a few brands a person doesn't know how they hold up, or other known advantages between brands?

The aluminum needles really hold up well to use and those interchangeable needles are certainly worth it regardless of brand. The ability to simply replace broken cables on the circular is also considerably worth it.

My one gripe about interchangeable needles is that (depending on your hand flex and knitting style) you can slowly unscrew them while you work. I do this and it is a bit frustrating. I just take time between rounds to make sure that they are secured.(less)
