Does anyone know how many editions of this book exist and which edition covers architects/architecture in the 1970's?

Still looking for this book that I once owned and regret having parted with many years ago. :( Would be thrilled to buy it back if anyone should find it out there in the world? It has my name inscribed on the inside cover, and is signed by the architect who gifted it to me when I was a young girl.
