Anyone know what each of the 9 worlds/stories are? I think the 'Across the Universe' trilogy is one of them, but I kind of want to read the rest of the books related to these stories before reading this.

Roth, and Caine are confirmed original short stories unrelated. Stohl and Holder are probably unrelated stories. I think Garcia is unrelated too. Ryan's might be related to The Forest of Hands and Teeth but probably not. As for Marr and Armstrong themselves.. probably yes on Armstrong but unknown on Marr. (less)
