I love this book but misplaced mine. In the back of the book it has recipes for the pulp. One recipe is carrot, pineapple salad w/olive oil. I love that recipe and can't find it. Can you PLEASE help? Thank you, Lola Duke

In the back is a Q&A where he talks about what to do with the pulp... he said you can either use carrot pulp in carrot cake recipes (though it will be dryer and you'll need to adjust the liquid in the recipe accordingly) or compost it. Maybe it was in one of his other books?(less)
