I'd like to know more about the translation. It seems that James George Frazer was the first to translate Pausanias into English. Have I got that right? How does Jones's translation compare to Frazer's? Does anyone know when the Latin translation came into being, and when the first translations into German and French were made? Many thanks for your help!
