I read an article about it all, where Brown noted that Bonfiglioli had indeed written the entire book...including the final chapter...EXCEPT for the one that would tie up all the loose ends. Having died with said loose ends all o'er th' place, it fell to Brown to tie them all up. It's kind of funny, cuz I've seen some people sniping that he ruined the book with the awful final chapter; but nope, that was the author himself. Brown is responsible for the hamwis, though.(less)
