If you were talking to on Bennet girl (ie Kitty) in a one-on one conversation, and the other Bennet sisters were not present, then Kitty would be referred to as Miss Bennet. That is why Lizzy was called Miss Bennet by everyone in Kent, because her other sisters were not there.(less)
