I cant find this book or the authors site anywhere online. Its as though it no longer exists. Any idea how/where I can get this?

I looked, but it’s no longer available on ebay either, right now (September 2018.) But the author was kind enough to respond to a message I sent. Apparently the publisher has been thinking of doing a paperback reprint for a long time now. I personally hope those of us who would like this book, send the publisher a note to let them know we are interested. From what I could find online, it looks like they are a small publisher, and can be emailed at eastwaterfront at yahoo dot com. (less)
