Is this book for psychology grads only? Or someone who has no prior idea on psychological jargons will enjoy this book?

it was not what i expected. the book entailed more on how islam is superior to any other disease/illness. the book doesnt cover much on psychology but on how islam is "the must" and "only solution" to every problem. I have a few questions and clarifications that must be answered. anyone have Dr. Utz's email?
