Were the later volumes of this series ever released? I have looked online and all I can find is this edition, and 'Monarchy' which covers the entire history (I believe).

I haven't read it all yet but what I had read is really interesting and the book flows well. If you are looking for a series of books on the entire royal family and more, can I point you in the direction of Peter Ackroyd. He has 3 books finished off a series of six, 'Foundation' is the 1st in the series and the beginning can be a bit rough as he goes right back to really early times I'm talking Neanderthal, but I actually enjoyed it, he ends this book with the death of Henry vii. Then comes the 'Tudors' followed by 'Civil war'. And there are 3 more in the pipeline. Hope this can help you. You can get these for as little as a penny plus p&p on Amazon.(less)

I note the answer to Karan Wilson's question - so presume that there was only ever a Volume 1 as the "Monarchy" book referenced was apparently first published in 2000, that is before Monarchy Vol 1 - so presumably a publisher changed their mind about completing the series or someone refused to prepare the material for publication in a form to match the TV series which is getting another showing?
