So I have both this book and The Romanovs: The Final Chapter. Does anyone have an opinion as to which I should read first? - or if it even matters? I started Nicholas and Alexandria once but couldn't gain the momentum as it seemed very dense. I'd like to try it again, or is The Final Chapter any easier to read? Thanks!

Anastasiya In my opinion, you should definitely read Nicholas and Alexandra first, because it tells of their life as Tsar and Tsarina, leading up to their final …moreIn my opinion, you should definitely read Nicholas and Alexandra first, because it tells of their life as Tsar and Tsarina, leading up to their final days in Yekaterinburg, and subsequent murder. The Final Chapter on the other hand takes place after the murder, and deals with the forensic analysis of the bones of the Imperial Family, their authenticity, and legal side of the matter. (less)
