Issola features the resolution of matters foreshadowed in Dragon. I read it first, and it's turn was less anticipated for that. But I think it would work just as well, going in publication order.

What I am curious to try, once it is possible, is to read the whole set by title, in their order in the Cycle - but we're still waiting on the last two. (less)
