I made a bid, allowing increments to $2 to my secret maximum of $80, still a very good price since it sold brand new for $275. It reached that within minutes. I went back to raise my maximum a bit more, but suddenly discovered the volume is marred, from my point of view, by an article by David Drake. You may feel differently, so it's yours––anyone's––for the taking. I've a hunch it may reach your cut-off price within its three days of auctioning, though.
