There are a few swear words and violence but it is nothing worse than a PG-13 action movie. There is mention of drug addiction but that's the beauty of this book. It's the redemption story of Adam Brown who was at first a serious drug addict but then became one of the top Navy SEALs for the United States of America. (less)
