The series is better than I thought it would be. But a problem has arisen: I've lost track of which characters are from which world and I can no longer figure out which world a given scene is taking place. At Chapter 35, or 47%, I'm confused and about to give up. The story I like but am I being suckered into a "just keep reading-it's worth it"? Am I going to read the final 1600 pages and be pissed?

why is this called "season one" instead of book 1? I have been noticing this a lot in the last few days. It's a book, right?
