Did anyone get a weird copy of the book? I bought it online (my bad) and it concerns me that the chapters are not on a new page when it begins. There's just a couple paragraph spaces. It worries me that maybe it is like...the unofficial book or something? I read the first couple chapters online and there does not seem much of a difference, except for a word here and there.

Mary My paperback library copy is like that too. Probably just such a huge book they were trying to save page space in any way possible!

Do the overly sexualised descriptions of women stop?

Can someone tell me the page number the first chapter starts on and the page number of the last page of the last chapter (or epilogue if there is one)?

I believe it was in book 2 where we hear some card names. One of which was 'Zymun the Dancer'. Dancing isn't something I associated with him. Did I miss something, or was that never explained?
