Where is the setting of this book??? In the beginning Sadie mentions that Julius's American accent is annoying because "he's only ever set foot in the States for campus tours", so I'm assuming it's not set in the US, but then later they say that their school is "one of the top academic institutions in the state" I don't think it ever explicitly says where they live. Am I just stupid? Help me out please!

Though there was a line that said about a girl who was crying that - "Rumor has it that she got dumped by a girl in P.E.", but it came off to me as to refer how overexaggerated and funny high school rumors can be, so no, there are no lgbt characters.(less)
