this is the first time i'v needed to ask the goodpeople at goodreads a question about a book series i haven't read any of the books yet i'm gathering them up to read in nov. so i can make it a reading marathon question is it looks like the series is set in 2001 but the books are published from 2010 on. did Alex Scarrow really set a series about time travel 10-15 years into the past

Yeah, guys. So I live in the U.S. and it seems I can't get a hold of this book through the last book in the series (my state library doesn't have this, and Barnes and Nobles doesn't have this either). Is there a reason why? I mean, I could get them on Amazon but it's $50 and I don't really want to pay that much. So why is this series so seemingly rare? And is there a way I can get the rest of this series for cheaper?
