If anyone knows where I can get this for less that 7$ please ? I'm disabled and on tight funding. I've read most of his books and adore the ones I have MY FAVE being " Excession" . I understand there's been talk of at least 1 movie since 2009 . And the rights are still owned. I would love to see them do it. Particularly the Idiran war book and the disc coming apart .space x ships are named 4 these!

Does this book make sense if you have not read the rest of the series?

Michael Bafford There is a high threshold to get into this book. If you had read earlier Culture novel this would be somewhat easier. Still, very much is strange...
